I recently talked with Dan Grahovac, owner of Zen Windows in Cleveland, Ohio. My wife and I were looking for new replacement windows for our outdated ones. Dan was so helpful to us and took time to answer all of our questions. The really interesting thing is that Dan is the owner and he doesn't have a sales team so we really felt no pressure at all.
